"The HR block in loris is awesome. Walked right in and no wait. The people there are friendly and they explain things then I didn't know what I was doing about my taxes. I would deff go back next year and get it done. I won't go no where but HR Block now to get my taxes done"

"Called and set up an appt. Was not told it was drop off only. When we went to office was told to drop off taxes and they would call when ready. When we questioned why we were not told this when we set up the appointment, we were told that we could take our taxes somewhere else. Very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. we have used this office for the past 4 years but they have just lost a customer."

"I made an appointment online to have my taxes prepared. I hustled home from work to make it to the appointment on time only to find out that it is drop off only at my local branch. Nowhere did it mention online my branch was drop off only. No one from the branch contacted me to notify me of this either. This is the second time this branch has ticked me off as last year my preferred tax preparer, with whom the appointment was made with online, was off that particular day but I was not notified. To make matters worse this year, there is a sign on the door stating masks required but the employees I interacted with were not wearing them properly while I was there. This is the LAST time H&R Block prepare my taxes."

Miss Cheryl is so sweet she is so understanding she answered any questions that I did not understand or processes that are things that I did not understood stand she actually took the time to explain things to me and I do believe this is her second time doing my taxes for me very informative and I'm always pleased to see her"
