"If I could leave zero stars I would. We received our commercial insurance renewal quote from Progressive in September and it had gone up by 300%, from $8,100 to $24,000! I reached out to Drew Insurance on September 16 (who by the way, is our insurance agency and has been for the past 3 years) to let them know that this was crazy and asked them to give either myself or my husband a call to discuss. Today is October 19 and we have yet to hear back from them, no communication at all. If you are looking for an insurance agency that will advocate for you or at a minimum respond back to you, this is not the one. My husband and I always try to support small and local but locals like this make it hard. Our insurance policy under Drew Insurance (Booth & Co Insurance) expired on October 18th and we never received one phone call, email or text to say that they would try to see if there were other options to get a lower quote. And we have been with them for 3 years!!!! Just kept collecting their commission from Progressive but did nothing for us! Would not recommend them for any insurance of any type if this is how they treat existing clients that have been loyal to them!"
