"It is very sad when you choose to spend money with a local company for a hot tub and they don’t stand behind their products to service them. I have been on the wait list for at least one month for a service call. (According to them, pool construction is so busy they only work in service calls when they can.) I finally got a call today, and the guy did not even know it was a service call. He wanted to order me whole new pump without even coming out to look at what the problem is. It is very poor customer service when you purchase something from a company, and they do not have anyone to service your products. They sure were happy and helpful when I was originally buying the hot tub but it is a completely different story now. I will not be doing business with this company in the future. I am having someone from out of town to come fix this problem due to RNR’s lack of service."
