"Never been more disappointed of an establishment before. And would definitely not recommend to anyone. My party of Two had a reservation for the medium rage room at 7:30. Got there about 10 mins early and went to the counter. The lady working, seemed to be the only worker that night and was extremely busy. Got her attention and told her that we were checking in for our 7:30 reservation. She asked us if we had a reservation and if we signed the waivers which the answer was yes to both. She then, proceeded to ask us to move so she could help another couple that was waiting. We took a seat and that’s where it all went wrong. She checked in and served about 5 different people while we sat and waited. About 15 mins went by and I finally went to the counter to ask for an update. She mention she needed to get the room ready and would be right back. Another 15mins or so went by and she came and got us. Took us to the room and gave us the “protected ” gear. The rage room was an absolute joke. It had the frame of what it used to be a flat screen tv, some broken boiler and a crate with about 10 empty beer bottles. That was it. Paid over $80 and it Took us less than 5 minutes to break the bottles. The whole experience was horrible front start to finish. I don’t think she even notice when we were done and gone as we never saw her again. Definitely will not be going back. Very disappointed"
"First time going to Axes and Armor, was welcomed by Jacob and he got us all set up for the Splatter room. Hung around and had some drinks waiting for our canvas to dry and then decided to throw some axes. Overall experience was amazing, Jacob was an amazing host, the environment was super welcoming. Totally will come back!!"
"Fun spot! They have additional arcade style games if you’re not one for Axe throwing. Service was great! Went on a weeknight and the place was just about empty. Was able to play a couple games and paid per hour"
"The only reason why they are getting two stars is because the owner refunded me and gave me a call. I would caution anyone who wants to participate in axe throwing to be mindful.I have trouble with any place that has alcohol and edged weapons with one person responsible for everything in the venue. We arrived at 7:03pm for and 7-8 window and there was no one at the desk/bar to check us in. We wait over 18 minutes before anyone showed up. I had to used the messaging app in order to get someone’s attention. I pride myself on being a level head customer, but in turn I expect outstanding service. This was not it. I recommend hiring another person so, you don’t have I alcohol and the register unsecured. I am sure there have been better experiences from other people sadly this was not the case for me and my family."
"We came here for a family day to just get out the house. The moment we walked in I knew this would be a fun experience. There was one family already axe throwing so we got to watch how it was done. There was only one guy working but he didn’t make each party wait long to get signed up, pay and get started. The entire process took about 10 minutes. He gave us verbal instructions and a few demonstration throws then we were on our own. I really enjoyed letting out some buildup tension from the work week. I highly recommend. Bonus: they have pretty nice bar drink options! Try the woodchuck."
