"Fantastic and welcoming center. This was our first time in Hendersonville. My husband asked questions about the town. I mostly wanted to know about the shopping. I took pics of the brochures at the center that may be helpful to travelers. They have everything you need to explore the area. Stop by and see what you can do in and nearby the town of Hendersonville. Enjoy!"

"The employees here are SO kind and accommodating! We needed some Hendersonville items for guest welcome bags for our wedding so we stopped by the Welcome Center and they gave us everything we needed. On top of that, a lot of the souvenirs were 50% off so we got a great deal. Great experience!!!!"

"Unfornately a rude older man employee ruined our experience. I turned away for 45 seconds and my 3 year old was playing with a toy. He made a rude comment, took the toy away and pretty much did an eye roll look at me. Not welcoming at all. And rude. A man that has no patience with children and how to treat visitors. Lovely older women at the desk however. The place is nice and full of brochures but didn't get a chance to get any as we left after feeling not welcome in the welcome center. What a shame that employees can ruin an experience."
