"Our group booked a trip for early this year. Covid hit and we had to postpone. Celeste agreed to allow us 1 year to re-book. We decided on dates and tried to re-book with her for 4 months with no reply. She recently replied that she has no rentals available and she refuses to refund our money. Poor service and poor communication. Update 11/19/2021 - I'm so glad the owner finally replied to my review a year later agreeing that she gave us a year to re-book. We TRIED to re-book but she refused to honor the re-booking. We tried for months with no communication. Her other replies to previous review / complaints show what a terrible attitude she actually has and her average rating of less than 4 stars proves that as well. A global pandemic does not give anyone an excuse to not communicate or shame someone else as she did in previous replies to other reviews. Attitude is EVERYTHING! Maybe this owner should put herself in others shoes instead of blaming a pandemic for lack of customer service. Last time I checked, the entire world was affected by the pandemic, not just her."

"BE WARY, DO NOT STAY Celeste gave our group a choice in early July of 2020. A full refund of our reservation OR a one year credit through early September of 2021. We chose the one year credit. However, when we reached out in January of 2021 to schedule she said could not accommodate our group due to 'restructuring.' She did not offer us a place to stay NOR refund our money. She even kept the $600 security deposit, very dishonest. She refused to communicate through phone or email. I would echo all the sentiments of Melissa Cannon's review below. Do not stay with her through her website or through AirBnB."

"Trip was cancelled due to COVID as we were a party of 13 and North Carolina has a stay at home order when our stay was planned. Given more than 1 month notice that we would be cancelling, but she STILL would not refund. Even though this is the listed cancellation policy of their website. Not sure what could be more extenuating circumstances than COVID Stay at Home order. Here’s the listed cancellation policy on the site. As of today we have not received ANY partial or total refund! ———————————— CANCELLATION POLICY. 50% refund of the total rate if cancellation occurs 2 weeks+ prior to arrival no refund if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks prior to arrival *unless we are able to rent the apartment for the same period, then we will reimburse accordingly. Guest forfeits the total rental amount: – if you do not show up on the scheduled date – if you change your reservation less than 15 days before the scheduled date – if you leave the apartment before your scheduled date of departure Refundable security deposit shall be refunded. Host reserves right to cancel at any time without notice. WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL BECAUSE OF AN EMERGENCY OR UNEXPECTED AND UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCE? We may be able to give you a refund if you have to cancel because of an unexpected circumstance that’s out of your control. Our Extenuating Circumstances Policy may require documentation.. In lieu of cancellation, we may extend a credit to you to be utilized any time within the calendar year following your reservation."

"Was looking for a place close to the action that could comfortably sleep 10 guys. I don't think we could have found a better spot. Not once did we feel like we were on top of each other as the loft was large and spacious. And some of Asheville's best breweries were a quick walk away. Celeste was responsive when we had questions and was easy to get in touch with before we arrived at the loft. If you need a place to stay for a large group, this is the perfect spot."

"Have stayed here 3 times with groups of 10. Love it. Perfect place to stay to get a full experience of Asheville. Walking distance to so much, and just a short drive to everything else the area has to offer. Places are always clean, beds comfortable and the owner is always a text or phone call away from anything that might be needed. Hope to return again."
