"It's ok. You get what you pay for. It's 8 min away from the beach. The breakfast is mostly snacks but the staff is nice and helpful. Like most places here there is a mildew and mold smell. Hard to breathe. The Jacuzzi tub was definitely the best part."

"Booked this room for a deep sea fishing trip, hotel did a bait and switch on me. I booked a room with a hot tub due to back issues, I call to confirm my booking and no issues were brought up. At check in I’m told my room was not available because the lock to the room was broken yet the same room remained available all weekend on several websites. If that wasn’t bad enough I was offered a 10% discount for being downgraded then placed in a room that the AC did not work at all. After being downgraded to an even smaller room they forgot my 10% and charged me the full amount of my reservation. After calling Best western who never responded to my complaint I received a whole 20% off my bill meanwhile had a booked the final smaller room I would have paid less than the 80% I was charged. NEVER AGAIN will I stay at a Best Western or this horrible hotel."

"Very expensive for an under mediocre room. Only stayed one night. Didn't offer discount for military or police service which is uncommon at least for a nice place. You can tell it was personally owned . Lots of people standing around outside. Wouldn't recommend and won't stay here again."

"It's OK, the staff definitely makes this hotel. I wish I could remember the lady's name at the front desk cause she was fantastic bless her heart idk what she gets paid but she most certainly deserves a raise. She let us check in 2 hours early at no extra cost because we had 3 kids under the age of 7 it was hot and we just drove 10hrs straight. She was very knowledgeable about everything in the area helpful about all the questions we had. The room was clean, the hotel was set up in a odd way it's a small lobby which is where breakfast was served and the pool access was so it was very crowded at times and the floor stayed wet from the pool. Breakfast was meh it was biscuits and gravy every morning with waffles, beagles, danishes, cereal. It advertised free wifi but we were never given a password. It isn't a bad place to stay it was quiet beds comfortable, around shopping center, gas station, and restaurants."

"This place was going to get a 4 star review because it has a great location and the Staff was friendly. The rooms are nice for what they are. This isn't a resort. We only stayed one night. The toilet wasn't clean on the bottom (outside) which irked me but the roaches killed it for me. I know that all it takes is one person to infect a place with roaches and I'm not going to pretend to know how it happened but I don't play about roaches. The place looked clean to the eye but roaches don't lie. Without the roaches it would've been a 4 star. We booked here for the indoor pool and it was closed so that was a bummer too. The TV also wouldn't connect to any of the apps like Netflix."
