"This was my first time to this salon I went because she shop looked cute and had good reviews along with being close to my house. I went in for a trim and face framing. Ashley was the hairdresser available. Possibly someone new. My hair was already damp from getting out the shower and drying some, so she didn’t have to wash it. I’ve never seen someone cut hair the way she did crisscrossing to the sides and cutting. Just didn’t make sense to take the front of the left and toss the hair to the right side to cut and then bring it back to the left side and when she said she was done I told her it wasn’t even. She started cutting some more off to try and make it even. When she was checking it for being even one hand always finished before the other side. She kept doing that and then finally twisted the two sides together in the middle of my face and did it as if I wouldn’t notice. I told her I do not want her to keep cutting my hair to try and make it even. She said it was because “my part” which she was the one who brushed it before cutting it. I wasn’t about to let her cut so much off it couldn’t be fixed by another salon, so I said it’s fine got up and walked to the register. Anyways, for the 10 minute haircut that probably would have been less if she didn’t TRY to fix it she charged 25$. I shouldn’t have paid her honestly, but I wanted to go home asap. I went home straightened it and everything in hopes maybe it was me, but no. It’s definitely uneven. First and last time I will ever go back to that salon. I cannot speak for the other women there, they seem as if they have regulars and I wish I would have been able to see one of them, but the younger girl Ashley with red hair? She needs more practice. I wish my hair, that I don’t get cut often and when I do it’s just a little trim, wasnt one she felt like she could practice on. I’ve never wrote a bad review on a person before but when it comes to hair? People need to be told. -Emily"

The Salon is so inviting and everyone very friendly. There is a sweet gift shop inside which has a nice selection of home decor goods, etc. It is great to know there's a place that has Christian themed merchandise. I highly recommend this Salon and def sweet Rachel."
