"I didn’t have any issues when I actually had my membership. Everything was fine until I went to cancel it. I had canceled my membership back in February (or so I thought) because I wasn’t going to use it anymore. I filled out the cancellation form and everything. I then found out at the beginning of September that my membership was actually still active and I had been charged for 6-7 months when I thought it had been canceled. The first time I went in to speak to a manager about it, she wasn’t in so I cake back the next day. She said it showed in the system that I had canceled my membership, but that shortly after, an employee reactivated it for some reason. She couldn’t find my cancellation paper that I signed and asked me to give her the day to search for it then she would call me and we would get things straightened out. She never called. I gave her a week and she never called. I called and couldn’t get ahold of her so I went back in after about another week and of course she was in a meeting so she couldn’t talk with me at that time. The lady at the front desk was very kind and finally canceled my membership for me because they still hadn’t done it. She said she would let the manager know and have her call me. Well guess what, she never called! It is now November and she still has not called or reached out to me at all! I ended up disputing the charges with my bank because all together it was almost $400 that I should not have been charged and they reimbursed me most of the money (not all though). I will never again go to this branch of the YMCA nor will I recommend it to anyone. There is no excuse to treat people like this and not handle business properly."

"This YMCA is pretty good for getting a quick workout in. I wish they had more room to spread out some of the workout equipment. The staff are very helpful and polite. It only has a seasonal outdoor pool, which is nice in the summer time."

"Had a picnic at the picnic area. The kids played on the playground and we all had a great time. It was a great place to take the kids!!! We will return. The whole area was clean and we had no problems. Not too many people were there."

"I love the free events they have with the different holidays every year. The park for the children is always clean and well kept. The play equipment is always in great condition. My kids loving going to the events the host here and playing here as well"
