"Lucky I can’t give any stars at all. We came from out of state to get my man’s fingerprints done for his job, we called to figure out if we’re able to get fingerprints sent a different state we were in town for vacation. The lady was absolutely rude over the phone and incompetent with any questions we had for her she acted like she didn’t know anything and she works there. I’m looking to find a way to report her. If you want your questions answered just go to the office. We had no choice with us coming out of state how their system works. She is very unprofessional and we would not recommend this place to anyone who is new to this or going there for the first time. Horrible. Now we have to drive to a different state because they didn’t tell us we could only do it for Tennessee."
