Glimpse of Heaven Cabin

"Beautiful cabin and view! Exactly what I wanted! Thank you! The only con I had was we were planning to use the grill to make steaks but it was pretty dirty/ rusty so we settled for something else. Cabin lived up to its name!"

"This was one of the nicest cabins we've rented anywhere. I don't know how old it is, but it feels like new. Immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, with all the amenities we could need. The view truly is stunning, and you enjoy it from three porches on three different levels: a hammock on the top floor, wooden rockers and a porch swing on the middle floor -- or the hot tub on the lower porch! I guess my only negative was that the hot tub is situated so that you can't get behind where the cover is. The cover is really heavy and was hard to lift off and on from just one back corner area. But once we got it off -- the payoff was great! The owners are really nice and responsive, and the instructions for using different appliances, etc., along with the policies, were all clearly laid out and organized for us. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the Smokies!"

"We had an awesome Spring Break. It's sad to be back in the Michigan snow! The views at this cabin are outstanding. The cabin is perfectly aimed to view a picture perfect sunset over the mountains every evening. Everything was great. The owners are wonderful people to work with. Book your stay, relax, and enjoy!"

"This is a beautiful, well-maintained cabin with outstanding views of the mountains. The reason I deducted a star is because it was advertised as pet friendly. I specifically asked before we rented if there was suitable place for my dog to go potty, because I didn't see any in the pictures. Shirley told me IF the grass was too tall, I could always take the dog down the street to the park. There were 2 small areas of grass outside the cabin, but over 2 ft tall and we did not realize before arriving that the park was NOT within walking distance. So we drove to Sevierville [30 minute drive each way] to buy a weed wacker and cut the grass ourselves since the owners were not local. We also had to buy a coffee maker since cabin's was broken from day 1. After spending over $200 and time away from relaxation to accommodate above needs, we sent "before and after" pictures to owner and they did thank us. A gift card for a pizza or coffee for our trouble would have been a nice gesture. The hot tub also would not heat, but to be fair, we did not try to use until day 6 of 7. There were other issues upon arrival, but they were resolved with owners. Our stay was quite comfortable, however, 5 stars to us means there should be no issues at all. Oh, one other thing, the cell phone service was not very reliable up there."
