"I had the misfortune of consigning several estate items with Travis Wilson of Broken Arch Gallery. Dealing with Travis Wilson was troubling from the start,   lack of communication, slow or no  response to emails, no show on scheduled pickups, etc. Clearly this individual does not have the best interest of his client at heart.  Approving an offer of $25.00 for a 50 year old, hand made in England, yew wood dining room table as an acceptable transaction is mind boggling. Minus his commission, the consignee's take was $17.50 for this beautiful table which was bought for roughly the equivalent cost of a 3 piece chicken dinner at KFC. When questioned about this transaction his explanation was "that style of table (Duncan Phyfe) is undesirable style and very difficult sale " .....Avoid this reprobate and his questionable ethics like the plague."

"Never again. These folks never answer their phone. They only check their email maybe every other day and their hours to pick up items aren't very plentiful. I won an auction, and am local, and trying to pick up the item I won was impossible. It feels like this is a very small operation with very little help. I've won several other auctions with other auctioneers and never had a problem but as other reviewers have stated, these folks don't answer their phone. I would never buy from them again. It isn't worth the hassle."
