"First of all, I'd like to say that there were 6 of us trying to decide where to go...And of course we had several different destinations, room choices, and upgrades in question. Dina was very helpful getting all of the information that we needed to decide! Transportation to and from the airport to Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort and Spa in Punta Cana was effortless. The employees there were so polite and friendly and always eager to help even if they were headed home from their shift. And everyone takes pride in keeping the resort clean. Vendors, on the other hand, were pushy and were set up at every major walkway intersection. Daily activities by the pool were a bit boring (except the foam party) and the night shows were amateur. The beach was beautiful and chairs and umbrellas were plentiful. Drinks were great and food was good. We are already thinking about our next destination, so Dina, be ready! And thanks for all of your help! We had a great time!"
