"We have installed 2 Henny Penny fryers in our new business. Opened 5/11/22. Brand new units a 591 and 691. The smaller fryer started leaking about a month after we opened and after paying 500 dollars for a repair guy to come and tell us it’s normal. Then our large one failed to ignite so after a couple days with out our big fryer, the service man showed up and didn’t have the part. So they over night It and we installed it ourselves with the tech on the phone. He said it still wasn’t functioning properly. So he said he would come back by but never did. Now three weeks later the big one gave out. So we scheduled a device appointment for the earliest possible and they canceled the day of the repair which is a Friday. So here a small business (hot chicken joint) is going to loose an entire weekend because of price Davis service. Unreal. I have a cheap 1200.00 fryer right next to these 45,000.00 flyers not having any issues. Highly disappointed in Henny Penny for providing sup par products for the price and Price Davis for horrible customer service and lack of care for small business. We are not new to the resturant business and have 8 restaurants in the family I own two and have never had to deal with companies like these. Stick with cheap simple to use fryers or you could be out quite a bit for repairs. This weekend will cost us 30-40k being down."
"Don’t buy anything from price Davis. These people don’t know what they doing, totally rip off. We Baught $86000 worth freezer and beer cave less than six months ago, since first day door don’t shut proper. Them idiots don’t know how to fix that. Motor fan making big noise inside cooler never fixed. Freezer broke 3 times and we lost thousands of dollars merchandise."

"Do Not do business with this company, they will rip you off. Employees working for the company are worst that I have seen. Do not expect any help even if you have bought over 100K worth of equipment. There are lots of companies out there who will love to have your business, but this company thinks that they are doing you a favor. Customer service is absolutely zero. I'm disgusted. Same on you people..."
