"This company is awesome ! We bought a hot tub from them in the spring, great pricing and service. We had a part go out on our hot tub and they were right there to take a look at it. The part had to be ordered, but even though covid slowed down getting the part, Elizabeth our salesperson stayed in touch and kept us updated, so great service even after the sale, once the part came in Jared the service guy was there to install it and do a great job. Go see these guys if you are looking for a hot tub , you will be glad you did."

"They were very prompt in coming out for a site survey and estimate cost for a pool install. Management quickly followed up with answers to our questions. Staff at the Little River Office couldn't have been nicer. We are very please with our service thus far and have made our initial deposit so the Pool is now on order. (8/20/14) Jeff, Shannon, Scott, Chris, Shawn, Ground Crew, and Denise are making this an enjoyable experience. "Nice people but they gouged me for a special order O Ring for my Zodiac sanitizer. They charged $31.67 for a 3.8" O Ring. When I got home and checked online I found the same exact item for $7.94 plus $4.99 shipping. I called back and asked if they charged me correctly and was told it was a special order and they had to pay shipping. They won't fool me twice. Not going back here, EVER."
