They promptly returned calls and texts and always showed up when they said they would. They actually started earlier than planned and finished on time. They followed up on their workers to be sure the quality was excellent. They were so pleasant to work with and the process was seamless. Their recommendations were perfect. We are so happy with our pool and highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool. You will not be disappointed!"

"What a disappointment. I would not recommend Jeff Gann at all based on my experience with him for a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a bunch of hardscaping. He was late for both of his appointments. He promised a 3D drawing for which I paid $300 that would help me envision what we discussed and which would allow me 2 rounds of changes. The first drawings were so amateurish, I could have done better myself with some simple image software programs. When I told him I was disappointed at the quality and that the images didn't reflect what we discussed, he became defensive and argumentative and insisted they reflected what we discussed. I asked for a refund, because 2 rounds of changes were not going to get close to what we had agreed upon. He refused to give me a refund, so I asked for the changes and itemized 12 things that were wrong with the original images. He totally ghosted me despite three more attempts to resolve the issue. I reported him to the Better Business Bureau and he was unresponsive to them as well. Not a good way to do business, in my opinion. Jeff is a hardscape guy and has brought his neighbor, Bill, and Bill's son, John, into the mix. John is the supposed 3D artist. Bill added nothing to the experience except to set my expectations at a very high level for what his son could do with some very high end simulation software. I concluded that Jeff doesn't have a clue about pools , Bill is over-selling his son's capabilities with the software, and John is just a rank amateur with the software and doesn't really know what he's doing. Anyway, save your time and your money and find a POOL company that does hardscape, not a hardscape company that thinks they know the pool business. (By the way, two of the reviews below here are contrived. One is from Bill the so-called pool guy and business partner and the other is Jeff's wife. Pfft.)"
