"Living in lake park for longer then anybody that runs the HOA. Don't move to Lake Park if want a relaxing life. It's run by a bunch of idiots. Over my 20+ years of living here, they have became power hungry, and tax you on top of union county tax. They spend alot on police even though they are not needed, this 10-20 mile radius is safe by itself. They waste money on garbage and overpay on it. Can't do anything about it still living here as a second home for now. Lake Park HOA sucks, that makes Lake Park suck."

"Place is so beautiful, BUT side walks need attention lots of trip hazards to the point that its best to just walk on the road, also lots of geese poop!!!"

"Gorgeous neighborhood. They have a great plaza towards the center with some shops and restaurants and a beautiful basketball court, tennis court, pool, church and daycare for the locals. The yards seem a little small in some areas but larger in others. I've also heard the HOA isn't too oppressive."
