"Shomik Gibson has to be one of the absolute LEAST professional, nastiest, most disrespectful lawyers I have ever encountered. In my opinion she does not have even an ounce of decorum or professionalism. She was in my opinion outright subtlety hostile at times, seemingly completely unprovoked, and completely unnecessary. She very rudely, and in my opinion, without reason other than to be a nuisance, interrupted dialog where it wasn't her place to do so at all. Towards the end of negotiations, in my opinion she seemed to be acting out of her own ego which actually seemed to help out her opposing party, so thanks for that. She expressed that she wanted leave by a certain time and as it approached closer and closer to that time in my opinion she became outright contrarian, and in my opinion, seemingly as it occurred to me, at her client's expense. I have never seen any lawyer behave in, in my opinion, such outright disgusting manner that she did. When the party opposing her called it out, Shomik stated that it's just her tone. That in my opinion disgusting behavior as seemingly a personality trait is not an excuse. I've been around a lot of lawyers to this point, *plenty of opposing parties*, and I'll tell you, there is a HECK of a difference between a seasoned professional that knows how to carry themselves and how to be a pro, and this woman who in my opinion seems VERY amateurish in all regards. It also didn't seem like she knew what she was doing much at all; a lot of times she seemed stumped and her responses were more than questionable in regards to coherency. I believe she has little experience as a practicing lawyer and it *shows*. And also, I keep proof, so...."

"If you are here because you saw Erin on One Mom's Battle website, then run the other way. Erin has worked tirelessly with men to remove children from their capable and competent mothers care. She only cares about where the money flows, and has no interest in the child's suffering. If and only if you have money, she will work diligently to get you everything you want, even if it means making the other people involved look terrible. She sends important legal mail to the wrong addresses, takes work leave and secretly pushes papers, and threatens witnesses into being silent. However, if you're looking for a lawyer with no ethics, who coaches their clients on how to disobey court orders and get away with it, and refuses to settle in good faith, Erin might be the one for you."

"Look elsewhere, particularly as a parent coordinator. Erin and her team have shown on multiple occasions the complete lack of respect for their clients' time and situation. Erin takes on average 2-6 weeks to respond to an email and on several occasions will not respond at all. When she does respond, she consistently doesn't address the entirety of your message and you will have to ask her several times to address all concerns. If you try to call her office, it frequently is not answered during business hours. If you do talk to the admin, you will not receive any callback communication from her, the paralegal or Erin. I would not recommend as a parent coordinator."
