"Paid $400 July 2018 to have mobile home title fixed, when i call or email to ask about progress all i get is, "No paperwork back yet," excuse. in my opinion when i call/email "Robin," is very short and is annoyed that i asked a question. As a retired disabled veteran, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE use this attorneys office. MOD: 21 Sep 19, been over a year now, ZERO has been done, i can only assume that they have shut down, this is the 21st century, all calls are local, text messages exist, email, and even USPS are functioning but i have ZERO correspondence from this business, i feel i was robbed of $400. In my opinion this is not a reputable business."

"Used Steve for our real estate transaction...I would warn anyone that wants to understand the documents they are signing and have an office that actually understands and works for the person paying the bill. This office has only gotten back to us for documents at the last seconds possible. Literally waiting until the last hour to send us the documents to sign. The town we were in didn't have a FedEx to send the documents we signed back and instead of being helpful, their response was "well find a FedEx or pay out of pocket (even though we already paid for this specific expenditure in their bill)". Not professional or a responsible answer for a service we are paying for. On top of that they seem to lose documents since they have repeatedly sent the same ones for us to sign after we've already filled them out and sent them in....bottom line, use a different professional closing attorney."
