"Completely useless! When asked for help applying for disability services for my son, because we have already been denied twice, their response was for us to reapply again, on our own. So much for their claim that you shouldn't apply without a lawyer. Blatant misrepresentation of what they are willing to do to help people with disabilities."

"I do NOT recommend this law firm. I truly regret letting Hall and Rouse represent me in my disability case. Before I signed with their firm, they advised me that they were thorough and would fight to get me everything I deserved. Once I signed with them their tune quickly changed. In my opinion the attorney was very rude and did not sound very confident. I learned that they are paid a flat fee meaning they do not have any motivation to work hard on your behalf. I have over 7 disabilities and I have cognitive issues as well. I asked them to release me from the contract, so I could find someone who is more confident in their ability to resolve my case. They agreed to release, but now my case is ruined. I have wasted a lot of time, by signing with this firm. I am now stuck trying to find an attorney before my appeal. As I mentioned, I do have cognitive issues and Im truly over whelmed at this point. My advice is to find another law firm who is more compassionate about helping their clients. Your just a number here."
