"My wife and I were on our way home from a New Years beach vacation . After a quick visit to Bucee's we decided to look for a local mom and pop restraunt. The Sunrise fit the bill. The service was prompt and courteous. I had a delicious fried chicken sandwich with out of sight French fries and awesome fried crispy onion rings. The next time I am in Florence I will stop back in."

"Totally amazed by this restaurant, you get a salad first, then with your dinner you get fries and onion rings. I chose the mushroom swiss hamburger steak dinner, so fries and onion rings, and a roll came along, omg, I could barely eat it all, I almost hurt myself in doing so, that's how delicious it was. I will be back again this week!"

"Used to eat here when we lived in Florence. First time eatting here was at least 40 years ago. Stopped in a few days ago for after moving away back in 99. The food was just as good as before. Looks like the owners son is running it now. I remember him being there way back then helping. The service was good. The place was clean. I got the hamburger steak with red sauce with fries, slaw, onion rings and a roll. It was just as good as it was the last time I was there. We will definitely be back."
