"Kim thank you so much for helping me with my disability case. Without you and your team I would still be fighting. You were amazing."
"I have to be honest I was very disappointed in the service provided. I spoke to Kim upon first call, received a packet in the mail which I returned, spoke to Kim again to clarify the forms and then did not hear back again (unless I reached out to them) until my claim was approved. Maybe I need more explanation than most but I was not provided clear, comprehensive guidance on what to expect, what the process was, or what to do during the waiting period. I learned more from Unum insurance (who contacted me monthly) than I did from DAG. Beyond submitting the forms for me, I honestly am not sure what DAG does or did or how they deserve payment."
"Terrible personality over the phone. If she wasn’t so focused on hearing herself talk and actually listened, then maybe she would gather enough info to draw a conclusion. She would interject before giving me chance to respond to any screening questions and rushed me off the phone. Fortunately, I have found an attorney who states I do have a case. She also assumed I didn’t have the money to afford an estate attorney, based off nothing since she never gave me a chance to speak. My attorney stated this woman sounds completely incompetent regarding SSI laws/regulations and should not be in business."
"After being denied Disability twice, I hired Kim as my advocate! Let me tell you how amazing this woman is! Her and Elle were always so polite, even if I had a dumb question. They kept in contact while waiting for my court date! My only regret was not getting her sooner, and making my life a million times easier! Thank you Kim and Elle!"
"Kim and her team were absolutely great to work with. They helped me with the initial questions like anyone would have and gave reasonable expectations. We started our process in December, 2019 and approved in April,2020 Elle and Kim updated me weekly, they return phone calls the same day. We would email periodically on updates. I’m very thankful for the Disability Advocate Group. Such compassion and willingness to help! I did not have time to handle this on my own and they just made this process so much easier and less stressful for me and my family. Highly recommend Kim!"
