"They did not help me with my case at all. Initially with the first phone call everything was smooth and super easy. The staff who took my call was very cordial. Second staff who called me told me step by step what would happen and gave me so much reassurance. I followed the steps and I hadn’t heard in a week from anyone and I found out NOT FROM THE LAW OFFICE DIRECTLY , but from a separate professional that they were not representing me on my case. I was in a office when this professional came to me and very courteously asked if I knew this? I said no. I was seriously thinking she was joking. She was not. Still never heard from them until I called and the woman didn’t even know anything she just said oh maybe it’s true sorry. Like what? I don’t even know what happened. AT ALL. I do not recommend. I only spoke with them because a coworker referred me to them. It was a lie. Time wasted and definitely f’d over by them. CALL SOMEONE ELSE."
