"Lots of fake positive reviews on this page. Do not recommend. Everything that is wrong with lawyers. Low integrity firm who will sue anyone and everyone without any evidence of harm to an individual. They will take on your case with a lot of optimism in the beginning and then start charging you or raising their fees as time goes on. The false promises are a shady business tactic in my opinion and I'm sure in many others. They should be barred from being able to represent anyone because of the number of frivolous cases they take on just hoping for a settlement. That is not what the legal system is for but Maginnis Howard doesn't care if the case is real, they just want a settlement. Maginnis Howard should be ashamed of themselves. Take on real cases. Defend real people who have actually been injured. Have some integrity."
