"Beware - I initially contacted Spitz in mid January. 2 weeks later I was informed that my case had to be handled by a Texas attorney. You see, I worked remotely for a Texas company but never went there in person. Anyway, 2 weeks later I am told that the attorney in Texas can't practice in "north" Texas. So, Spitz could not handle my case at all. I had 12 weeks to file a lawsuit due to an EEOC imposed deadline. Now, 1/3 of that time was wasted by Spitz, who could have had a better case intake process. I would have discovered all of this 4 weeks ago and avoided all of this wasted time. Honestly, if the local attorney, Christine, could have handled my case, I would have been in good hands. I just wanted to warn people of what could happen to you if you don't learn about these limitations soon enough in the process."
