"The Ewing Law firm was the Escrow Agent for a real estate transaction I was involved with. The buyer failed to close the contract on 10/18/16 and the Ewing Law Firm is still holding the Escrow money and not turning it over to the clerk of court and issuing the appropriate notifications for earnest money disputes. The law firm is also the attorney for the buyer who failed to perform on the contract. They have made every excuse in the book for not responding to our phone calls and emails, including emails from my attorney. It's been over 3 months with multiple requests and the money still remains in their trust account as far as I know. I will be contacting the NC Bar Association and let them sort it out."
