"It was a pleasure working with Devon Newton. He was awesome and professional to work with. Assistant, Jasmine Jordan kept me in the loop about all changes and updates concerning my case. I highly recommend Hatch, Little, & Bunn for your misdemeanor charges. Devon was able to get all charges dismissed and expunged! Thank you for your assistance."
"I haven’t had to deal with lawyers all that much, but I am so beyond grateful for my experience with Hatch, Little & Bunn. They were beyond anything I could have asked for and needed and helped me immensely. They took care of everything I needed at court and were quick to email or call me with anything they needed from me. They also made themselves readily available for any questions or concerns I had and expressed immense empathy for me and my situation. I would recommend them over and over again for anyone who needs a great lawyer in the Raleigh area!"
"I would put NO STARS but then I can't leave a review. Tina Pace is a fraud, she has been dragging my case with my HOA company for almost 4 yrs. now. She knows that they will not speak to me directly since they transferred my case to this law firm, so she does what she can to drag it on. I guess Cedar Management don’t mind paying her for almost 4 yr. AND SHE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO settle what started off as a $1700 past due, $700 in HOA, $1000 road assessment fee, which btw every other homeowner in my subdivision got to make monthly payments on, but they wanted my fee all at once! Now almost 4 yrs. later my ledger reports an almost $2500 balance even though I’ve made almost $3000 in payment, these 4 yrs. Why is that some may say, I’ll tell you why, until 7/2021, when I sent in a check for $2000, Tina Pace nor Cedar management would accept money from me, so they were charging me late fee from March 2019. Next any payment made went to the past due even when it was more than the monthly HOA fee, so I still occurred late fee and that month’s HOA due was still owed, lastly Tina Pace added $930 to my ledger this September, claimed that was the charge for her putting a second lien on my home, checked with Wake County courts NO SECOND LIEN WAS DONE! And lastly November 2022 we a magistrate court appearance via zoom, due to a “lien foreclosure” and at that hearing it was determined that there was too much conflicting evidence (told) so they turned over the case to superior court so we can present our evidence. The magistrate told Tina Pace that all she had to do was to request that the case be put on a calendar. Today 12/19/2023 that has not been done and Tina Pace claims its because she didn’t hear them tell her to go request a calendar date that she thought they were going to do it, but never checked to see when this would go to trial. Tina Pace did not put in on the calendar because she knew I had all the evidence to prove my case and she didn’t. So, I then told her to go ahead and put in on the calendar because I really want to take this it trail & I have a lawyer waiting to present my case, her response was she will. That was 9/19/2023. STILL NO COURT CASE, have not heard a word for Hatch Bunn, Little nor Wake County court. Needless to say, she doesn’t want to explain to the court why she said she charged me for a lien she never processed and her shady accounting practices. A new complaint to the Bar Association will be made regarding Mrs. Tina Pace lying about adding a $930 charge to my account even though this will be my second one."
"The confidence and assurance that the whole team provided us was the peace of mind I needed after our son was involved in an accident that resulted in a ticket and required court appearance. They assured us they would take care of everything and to 'not worry', and that's exactly what they did. We will not hesitate to use them again for any of the services they provide. Thanks Hatch, Little & Bunn for taking a traumatic experience and handling the worst of the burden for us. Y'all were awesome!"
"Aaron Goforth did a great job with my domestic violence case. He knows how to talk to accusers and get them to drop cases as well as communicating with the district attorney and getting her to drop cases as well. This is exactly what he did for me.He is responsive and always gets back to me when I reach out to him. He is professional and well respected in the lawyer industry. His word means something. If you are dealing with false accusations I highly recommend hiring Aaron Goforth for your attorney. -Nate"
