"Really great experience from start to finish. East Coast Granite delivers a beautiful product, and fast. We had delays on our end, and they were great to reschedule the template. It was less than a week from the time they came for the final template to install day. And then another 5 days for the granite to be sealed. We did have a small issue with the install, which the installer could have fixed with one simple shim between the cabinets and countertops. Since they weren't sure we were delayed by a few days to get our contractor on site. So I would recommend to have your contractor on site on install day in case. That said they were great at rescheduling until we could figure it out. For comparison, I'm still waiting to hear back from the big box store (2 months later), and their timeline was 6-8 weeks from template!!! So go local, no questions asked."
