"Great place to stay, I spent a week there and it was awesome"

"We rented a condo here for winter. Rooms are smaller than photos presented online by agent but the view is very nice. Condo is dated and needs some work. A refresh of bathrooms would really make a difference. The appliances are all functional but older. Kitchen is overstocked with dishes, not leaving one cupboard to put dry goods. Beds are old, need to be replaced. Exterior needs a bit of a refresh as well but things are functional. Again, ocean views do allow for some shortcomings"

"Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Just some noisy neighbors a few times but overall a nice place. Small things like would prefer the entry curb to be more gradual and trash was a little in the way for seeing traffic and pedestrians on the sidewalk. Just required being a little extra cautious."

"We had a great stay in June 2020. We enjoyed staying in room 306 which was a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo and we booked through Condo-World. The rooms were nice and updated and had a large balcony and we had plenty of room for my family of 5. No trouble with noise or partying it was very quiet which I appreciated. We talked to a few of the other residents and they were friendly. My only complaint would be there was only one elevator and the wait could take awhile especially at checkout on Saturdays. Luckily we were on the 3rd floor and could take the stairs some of the time."
