SoCoastal Vacation Rentals

"I tried to call them to book a condo at least 20 times because the pricing was better than most on VRBO. No one ever picked up and no one ever returned my call. I tried booking online twice through their website and both times a hold was put on my credit card, and then I got an email from them saying my booking was denied and that someone would get back with me to discuss why and to help me find another of their rental's. No one ever called me back. Tried their online chat feature and no one was ever there. Filled out their online form questionnaire thing and it failed. Wouldn't rent from them and wouldn't rely on them to handle my rental property. We wanted to rent 2, 6 bedroom condos. Lost revenue for the homeowners. Very poor service."

"I attempted to book an available property listed on their website. It took days to get a response from them, and then it was just a form email saying my request was denied and someone would be in touch to follow up. Well, that never happened. Meanwhile I attempted to contact them via phone, email, and instant message many times and got no reply whatsoever. Customer service is nonexistent from this company, and if they would treat one (potential) customer this way they would treat others this way as well. If you value your vacation, you're better off to look elsewhere and not trust this company."
