"Where do I begin? We’re staying at Club Chalet, unit 27A now and it’s disgusting. When we arrived we thought we heard some wildlife that was under the unit but assumed it was just outside making noise. It wasn’t. There’s an entire family of what we can only presume is rats living in the walls of one of the downstairs bedrooms. When we called to address the issue with maintenance, they shrugged off our concerns and told us it’s probably just some chipmunks or squirrels. It most certainly is not and regardless, this is night three of me not sleeping due to how loud the clawing and squeaking of the animals in the walls are. On top of that, the washing machine in unit doesn’t work either and they didn’t seem to care much about that complaint either. It is the week of Christmas but given the complete lack of concern by the staff here, it’s still completely unacceptable."

"We stayed at Clyb Chalet, cabin 12A, Mountains View Hideaway. I can't say enough good things about this cabin. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Everything is up to date, clean with spectacular views. We had a beautiful deck with a table and 4 chairs. There was also a proprane grill overlooking the mountains. The furniture inside was all updated, and the living room had 2 new full-size couches with pull out beds and a full kitchen with all the amenities. Flat-screen TV in the living room with cable, flat-screen tvs in each bedroom, Roku TV or streaming. Fully working washer and dryer in the until. Working fireplace in the living room. I will definitely be back to stay at Club Chalet in Gatlinburg, TN. Gorgeous area, right at the base of the Smokey Mountains. Anything you could possibly need is within 5 miles of the cabin. Office staff, friendly, super helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!"

"I highly recommend staying with Club Chalet if you are looking for a great place to stay while in Gatlinburg! I recently stayed two nights in one of the River Road units (which are newly rebuilt after the wildfires of 2016). The units are clean, fully furnished and convenient to everything in downtown Gatlinburg - one block walk and you are on the Parkway at the SkyLift station. The staff were wonderful and my check-in was very quick. The downtown units had one assigned parking spot per unit, a master with a comfortable king sized bed and queen sized sleeper sofa. Highly recommend - best value in town!"

"Club Chalet is one of the best places to stay in Gatlinburg. The variety of accommodations is highly inviting. There are some newly rebuilt units downtown that will rival any high quality hotel. All units are well maintained and always clean and nicely furnished. One, two, and three bedroom units are available."
