"I did not get the chance to speak with a lawyer, only an incredibly rude paralegal- I think her name was Megan. She tried to convince me student loans are NEVER discharged in bankruptcy despite research I've done about Chapter 13 stating otherwise. Tried to convince me there would only be a six-month effect on me filing Chapter 7 and that my credit would be much better after that six month period. I'm more than aware that bankruptcy can be a stain your credit for up to a decade and I don't appreciate the false promises and cruddy salesman act. Before I could even get all my questions in, she stated "I'm not going to schedule a follow-up with you, I can already tell you won't show.". I cannot believe how negative my short experience with this office was."
