"The reason we stay with Wells Insurance is Susanna Davis. Our mortgage was sold to another company and we have had nothing but problems, including them not paying our insurance bill on time. I spoke with Susanna and she helped me correct the problem the mortgage company created. She followed up with me and resolved the problem. I work with other insurance companies for properties out of state, and it is not always the same experience. I must say that Jenny is incredible. She is always calm, cool, and collected. She is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, accurate, responsive, friendly, and frankly a great person. Even when I had to make a policy change a few years ago while a strong hurricane was bearing down on Southport: Her office was full and phone ringing off the hook. She still made the changes I requested that same day. Boom! Last week, she handled some changes for me and I later found out that she was not assigned to my account, but she helped me because I reached out to her. She just “does it” until job gets done! "My family recently called Wells Insurance to obtain home and auto as a package and the staff was very abrasive and condescending. I asked to speak to the manager who was equally as demeaning as his agents and receptionist. I would suggest trying other agencies in the area if you want to be treated with respect, valued for the business you will be giving them, and are big on customer service because Wells essentially didn’t seem to value customer service. Overall, my experience with Wells was awful."

"We called Wells Insurance for a homeowners quote on Thursday 11/1/18 discussed homeowners insurance with their agent Lisa. She said she would call back with a quote by the end of business on Friday . On Monday we called Lisa numerous times and left messages on her voice mail. We then spoke with the receptionist who said she would hand deliver the message to Lisa. We never received a call back. Needless to say, we would not do business such an unprofessional company or agent."
