"I had a Consultation with Ms. Essey. I told her i wanted to hire her and she said she would get started working on my case. She told me her fee but because i never had been in trouble or needed a laywer and usually dont pay lawyers i didn't know protcol and though that payment was due when work was done. Like the way the consultation fee was taken. As i was leaving the office her paralegal tells me she would be in touch. She was in touch one day before trial and tells me that she cant represnt me and i was forced to represent myself not knowing what i needed to do and say leading to the worst possible outcome i could ever imagine. A courtesy reminder of either payment or find someone else or start preparing yourself was never given. She just may very well just destroyed my and my boys lives. Smh"

"I would give a negative 5 stars if I could! He didn't help me at all! I talked to him for 5 minutes and he charged me for 2.5 hrs then added another charge. When I went to pay my fine it was 200 more then I was told. My case would have easily been thrown out but he didn't even try. DO NOT GET MARK BACHARA FOR A ATTORNEY!"

"Our daughter, who was traveling through the state of NC on her way back to college, was charged with a DUI. As any parent would feel, we were extremely concerned.
