"Received from Front line a notice to cancel policy this Friday , Dec. 1. Payment was due and cancel by Dec. 7! We did not receive notice by mail or email. Very upsetting as we owe nothing and make no payments, especially miss a payment on home ins!. Phoned Laurie this am. Dec. 4, and she was helpful in explaining that Frontline was responsible for notifications, and that next would come a renewal notice mid April as policy expires june 6 , 2024 . I wrote it in our agenda and paid this mid term amount due with echeck. I was pleased with the information, and the quick assistance with payment, AND the email of a written receipt. All was done with patience and friendly manner. She represented Coastal most professionally. Oil on troubled waters ! !
