"I had to fire them before I hired them. That’s how bad they are. They’re not answering the phone not returning emails. They said they will take the case they took all the important documents from me but they don’t want to start a case! non-professional at all!! so don’t waste your time and if you are in the office, just ran away when you read this review, if you are reading reviews, don’t spend your time and call them!! do not ! they don’t wanna work. Just want to waste your time. And then, when you come to pick up your papers back because you didn’t receive any service, they want from you $300 fee basically for wasting your own time. Of course I didn’t pay, but I tried reception girls very nice. Don’t let it impact your decision. I had a very bad experience let’s call it case manager, Miss Lisa."
