"Buyer Beware! Ernest and his crew were hired to replace caulk on a tub and shower, refinish a door, and repair a walk-in closet. He also charged me for work he did not even complete and refused a chargeback for a partial refund! I gave the caulk I wanted to Ernest, yet he left and purchased a different product and different color. It is the wrong color and stands out like lipstick on a pig. It is also applied like finger paint in strips wider than the diameter of a penny in places, missing in others. Clumps of product were left in the tub and the acrylic was scratched by something and left gray/black smudges as well. The door was not sanded very well, so the new stain and lacquer has splotches of old product in it. The door was solid brown, well the inside still is. There are also clumps of putty used to overfill holes left by carpenter bees sealed as is. They were in such a hurry to leave, the door was closed before dry causing the lacquer to stick to the weather stripping. The closet was left with all the dust from drilling on the carpet, chunks of broken plastic, and holes where the old shelving was removed were left as is. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Reported to BBB."
