"Hired February 2022 paid in full still no legal services for a simple matter ~ I hired an attorney because I do not have the time to handle the matter myself. You call~ leave countless emails and phone messages they pass you from person to person. It is stressful and they have no regard what so ever~ a couple of occassions the front desk laughs nonchalant when you express its been a year and still noone has helped you. I want my money back King Law Firm I left a review with my number prior to this and still no answer I can not express deeper they do not care, value your time or you as a client."

"Very unorganized and unprofessional! Was told one thing by a lawyer then got a new lawyer then they decided to split law firms and nobody knows who my lawyer is. Almost 3 years and still case is not finished and after payment I received a letter saying that my lawyer withdrew from my case! I would never recommend them and never work with them again! And neither Raleigh family law bc that is the law firm that was merged and withdrew due to Heather at king law firm telling them to!"

"The were fine. I guess lawyers move slower then the rest of the world. I had a change in staff a lot but the outcome was excellent. I do not under stand law that well but it is what it is. I was treated very nice and with respect. Mr. Fristensky, Jordan, Danielle plus the girls up front were excellent. I would recommend using them. Heather was fun to work with as well."

"I genuinely wish that I could give you a review on the services received but I have yet to receive any services. With that being said, i CAN give you an update on the status of my case, even though they will NOt give one to me. I paid them $225 in December for a simple traffic ticket and a re-calendar. I never got a receipt for my payment and never received any confirmation or update on my new court date or even given the name of the attorney that would be representing my case. I didn’t think much of it at the time, considering they are lawyers and I should have nothing to fear, so I thought. It is now April and I’m truly disappointed I have to say, I still have no idea what the progress of my case is. Over the last four months, I have made multiple attempts to call the office and get the status of my case and to speak to the individual that processed my payment and took my information initially. I’ve been told each time I call that I am to “leave a message” , because “she is not in the office at the moment”. Lo’ and behold It turns out she hasn’t been in the office because she has left the firm , and they failed to ever mention that to me. You may be wondering how I found that out? Well, another secretary that wasn’t aware of my situation, and the “stories” that I’ve been told by other associates, accidentally “lifted the vale” if you will, and told me the individual who processed my payment has left the firm. I also found out the name of the attorney who is supposedly going to represent my case. It turns out that he also has left the firm. Meanwhile one secretary is telling me he doesn’t work there anymore, another secretary is telling me he’s not available at the moment. They are so disorganized with their deceit, that they aren’t aware that I have his contact information and he’s already disclosed his situation to me himself…. I also find out that in the midst of them accepting my case and payment, they were also shutting down the “traffic division” — “We don’t do traffic tickets here” —is what an employee told me. meanwhile they just accepted my case months before. I left a long, discerning email to the manager, polite, but stern, expressing my frustration, asking for only just an update on my case. You will be surprised to know that I haven’t heard anything back to this day. now I am requesting a refund so that I can go and represent the case for myself or hire another attorney, and I still can’t get any answers. $225 down the drain! I paid them hard earned money to plead my case and here I am four months later, pleading my case to them. I want my money back period! If anybody has any questions about my experience please ask."

"I have waited over 2 years to post this. I have waited because, I already paid over two years ago for their services for modification of child support with absolutely no progress. When I say no progress. I am mean absolutely none. The first attorney is not working there anymore. However, he had everything he needed from me to proceed. I have been handed off three more times and meanwhile my childsupport continues to grow; I cannot afford two years of these past payments. My email traffic along with call log traffic is one way (over 2 years worth). Is it astonishing to me that I can't get one update from anyone. Maybe I should just call the child support office and show them my continued efforts that go unanswered. Please, help me with my case."
