"Was really excited to get a paw print tat of my dog that I had tragically lost. I inquired about making an appointment. I was instructed to message through Facebook to make an appointment. I did so, was ignored during " a busy weekend". I understood, we all get busy and put off calls messages what have you. I tried one more time to set up an appointment on a Sunday. Realized by Wednesday the communication was off. I have been struggling to push through with everyday tasks myself with the loss of my best friend.
