"I've lived at Avera Place for 7 years. It has changed so much for the better in this time. I have experienced no mold. Don't know this is an issue. Neighborhood comparably is quiet and the HMO is easy to work with. All needs are within 10 minutes of this location. Edit: there are still housekeepimg issues with parking in a dangerous curve. No speed bump or sign. Landscaping needs to improve, however this is a quiet place to live."

"Awful place to live. Extremely noisy with speeding cars, car wash music. The people living in the Apartments play their car music to the hilt. Sure wouldn't want my child near any of the traffic in out of here. Try sleeping at night with cars zooming by with loud car music. Just routines. Way over priced for the community. Sorry but people need to know what it's like."

"We moved to Avera Place a year ago. So far our experience with this residents has been a good one. When we needed repairs done, we didn't encounter any problems. The repairs were done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. When we moved in, we did a walk about with the property manager and found that the place was clean and in good condition. We were also given a form to fill out if we found anything that needed to be repaired or replaced. We have had a couple of encounters with the management office. They were friendly and accommodating. Our apartment is privately owned and we rent from them but our experience here is a happy one."
