"One star because none was not an option. Coldwell Banker takes upping their profit to a whole new level. Friends have attempted to use them to sell their homes only to be presented with a lower price marketing strategy. Anything to get a quick Coldwell cut along with bragging rights of another ‘successful house sold’. I tried using their so called expertise as a buyer - BUYER BEWARE! Really not sure what their purpose is for a seller or buyer except to collect their share. Instead of considering requirements once again looking for a quick sale / buy — their answer buy it and you can always add on or remodel?!? What! Do NOT use Coldwell. You’ll be better off sell by owner!"

"Beware of Coldwell Banker, especially if you have a luxury home for sale. Their approach is to list the home for sale and hope for the best given their business model is based on volume and not quality. Their “personalized marketing plan” is to lower the price until the home sells. When trying to engage management with concerns, expect your emails to be ignored. Think twice before engaging with this company."

It doesn't mean you can only request to work with him if you are looking at Cary, Apex, Morrisville. He will find the place to fit your needs whether it is Wake Forest, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill or a new development in Sanford or other outlying areas, He is kind, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable. He has taken the time to develop a number of top-notch vendors (e.g.,attorneys, movers, cleaners). He knows the areas that are safe, and won't let you decide on a place that won't be right for you.
