I told her to get some professional lawyers but like always can't tell a woman nothing. She was better off settling with the insurance herself what a joke for a law firm."

"Worst service I've ever experienced from a law group. They don't follow up with you on your case you will find yourself calling them. They definitely DO NOT care about their clients. I have felt alone since I've had my case with them. They are unprofessional the case manager or customer service rep, seems like over my case told me that the reason why she didnt follow up in almost 2 months is because she had her own personal issues in so many wordsinstead of having a team member reach out. Being a professional myself I would never tell a client that. She clearly lied and said she emailed me and called and my phone holds calls for months and i check my email daily just like i check the mail. Not to mention I have spoken to several different people from Vivian, Brittany, Brandy and Vanessa you will ABSOLUTELY not have just 1 person helping you with your case they definitely don't have everything together.
