"I’ve had insurance with Allstate for many years, all of that time this agent has been the one assigned to me. However the few times I’ve needed assistance over the years, this office has been more than useless. Every time I call they NEVER answer the phone, it’s been like this for years. I don’t understand having actual agents if you have to go through corporate for every need. The one time I went up there they were closed in the middle of the day. Maybe you have to be an elite/MVP customer to get any assistance from this agent, idk. I guess maybe they’re only interested in sales."
