"Save yourself the frustration and embarrassment from your client by choosing this attorney office. Extremely unprofessional. There is zero communication and if by rare chance the extremely rude receptionist answers the phone she has no manners, gives false information and she actually hung up on me when I asked why no one has been answering the phone for 3 days and why we didn’t receive any information on a closing scheduled for the following week. Unbelievable these people."

"Wow where to start. I have never in my life delt with such an unprofessional staff. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. Hollie at the front desk ( maybe the paralegal?) there are just no words, unless you like being called honey, sweety and made to feel like your supposed to be doing her job. Well I’m about to bless her heart all over reviews. We were referred to this office by a relator ( whole other story ) for an out of the area purchance. I was only called once and left a message to call back and did so 3 times to never reach anyone. I was never emailed, updated etc etc etc. I called at least 6 times to share information about the closing and was always told they would call back. Our hope was that they were getting the info they needed from either the relator or the seller. We would have changed lawyers but without a go ahead from us they started title search etc which financially tied us to them. When we arrived for closing there was quit a bit of misinformation on the paper work, shocking since no one ever talked to us!!!! I will never again use another lawyer just for convinence sake. I wish I could convey the whole ordeal but hopefully this is a little snippet of info that will help you make an informed decision."
