"What should have taken an hour or so took three months to answer and settle a question. We called numerous times only to be told they were short handed, Covid, sick, etc. The same excuses were used every time we called or went by. I’m sure the office was tired of us calling and they actually were rude at times and even lied one time saying the legal assistant wasn’t there but she actually was. We would not recommend this firm."

"We executed a contract for the sale of our home on 7/27/21, with closing scheduled for 9/1/21. The contract was delivered to this office on 7/29/21. The office continued to delay our closing with no valid explanations and with multiple calls and emails left unanswered. We had to extend the contract twice and hire a different attorney to represent us after 7 weeks with no contact by this office. The attorney finally emailed us on 9/17/21, after 7 weeks, apologizing for the delay and asking for clarification on water rights. Had she answered our calls and/or emails, she would have known this information. In addition, the legal assistant had already been given all the necessary information. Once the new attorney received our contract and was also retained by the buyers, we closed in approximately 3 weeks. Luckily, this office did not cause us to lose the sale of our home, but that and so much more was very possible. We would never recommend this office to anyone considering this experience, as well as how rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional they were."
