"Three years running at IPV. Great location for the beach. Groceries can get delivered and you never need to leave! Pool is ample and parking is plentiful. Little dated but comfortable."

"We had a horrible experience with Condo 14F at Inlet Point this year. Air conditioning was not working when we checked in. Reported it at 2:00 and was not addressed until 10:30 that night and it was 84 degrees in condo. Simple thermostat replacement fixed the problem. Interior was not cleaned even though you have to pay a $165.00 cleaning fee for the condo. Both front and sliding glass doors were filthy...had to clean them to see the outside view. Wall of mirrors in living room were handprints and fingerprints all over them, toothpaste in sink in bathroom, sunflower hulls under dining room table, outside of appliances had been sprayed with something but not wiped off which left a line of streaks all way down the front of both. Dust and hair all over nightstand and dresser in main bedroom. All i can say is the next person staying there got a clean condo because we left it way cleaner than we found it. I reported it but they could not even issue the cleaning fee back."

"Nice family place to stay. The gated parking lot really makes me feel safe with my family. Also has the option of setting up on the ocean side or the point side. We were able to watch the sunset over the water on the point side it was very picturesque."
