"Such a great condo complex. We stayed in a unit on the first floor by the pool for Thanksgiving with family it was a beautiful place. They have a heated pool and hot tub. It was nice to have that option as the beach water was 65 degrees. Beautiful clean beach there. There is a Kroger grocery store a mile away we walked to for groceries. They have a pharmacy there which was nice."

"Wonderful waves all day every day serenading us, multiple dolphins playing with in our view every day in the ocean, fabulous sunrise and sundown scenes daily, sunshine, serene rooms, family, etc."

"Stayed a couple of months ago in august in 1310 and it was good for 2 days and then the hot tub turned cold and we ended up bringing bed bugs home. The view was beautiful but we also had to call someone because the laundry stopped working. It was okay but I would not recommend it or also check the bed’s beforehand."

"Our unit from now and forever will be 805. They have everything you could ever want (except for a tea pitcher and a keurig). They have thought of every last detail and are super friendly and accommodating. Main balcony off of living room and side balcony with partial view of the beach for the queen bedroom. 4 BR unit with 3 BA. Two King BR, One Queen, and a BR with a double and a single. If you are a smart home person, I was unable to stream to the TV's and my Google Home and minis due to the fact that it was on an unsecured network. The only other negative is the galley kitchen if you have a lot of people who like to work in the kitchen. The kitchen table can accommodate 8, and there are two stools at the bar in the kitchen if you have more. Other than that, everything was perfect. They provide beach ammenities so you dont have to bring your own. The trash chute is close by, so you dont even have to walk far to dispose of your daily trash. Most places I have stayed provide minimal trash/laundry/dish provisions. We have not and will not need to buy any, and believe me when I say we use a lot. There are plenty of playeware/glasees/cookware. They have floor fans in the bedrooms that don't have ceiling fans even though you dont need them. I brought mine because I love the mundane hum. It helped me to sleep, but there was one in the closet. Low traffic footprint in this area of North Mytle. Until now, we have stayed both North and South, but we have tried 4 condo units in the area comparable in price but not one compared to how much thought they have given to this place. There is an outdoor pool, a lazy river, and an indoor pool. For further description of amenities, they are available upon request. I can't give enough props to the owner of this unit. If you read this review and choose to book with them, please mention that the Fore family recommended you! On a side note, I have included a couple of sunrises from this week that have included Venus and other large stars! "This is a review of the overall building not of the room (no issues with our room - 1304). Was here the week of July 17th, 2023. Great building and location. I was initially concerned if my truck would fit in the garage but there was plenty of space. I have a full size F-150 and had no issues. This building also has 4 elevators so you never wait more than a few seconds. This is really important on check in day. Also, plenty of luggage carts. Pool area was well kept and also had more than enough hoses / showers to wash off after coming from the beach. I have stayed at several different condos in North Myrtle Beach over the last 20 years and think this is the best maintained building. Would have no problems staying again."
