Reviews
"I would love to know why you think all of these reviews are getting your company mixed up with another company?? You really think these people don’t know who they rented from? Just own up and be accountable. You clearly see your ratings are not good and have a lot to work on. As far as reporting damages for things not done by the customer, I can attest to that. Y’all got a lot of work to do"
"We stayed at the village at the Glen for two week and had the worst experience with this compagnie. They send you automatic message to your demande and don’t give you service unless you fight for it. We had so much problem with them and they did not care. They even hung the phone on me. I don’t see this compagnie as a compagnie I will do business again, the service is poor and management don’t care about their client."
"Compass Cove- Myrtle Beach (Pinnacle Tower, Unit 369) Over all the place wasn't bad but there are a few things I think should be pointed out. -Pull down bed mattress is horribly stained and uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced. -Host isn't accommodating with early check in. -Only one parking pass was available in the room when arrived. Had to go to front desk to get another one. -Host tried charging me $40 for not leaving the silicone pool bands. Host never communicated the pool bands needed to be left, just the key card. The "house rules" on the listing needs to be updated to include that info. - Door from parking garage to the second floor to enter hotel was broken. Had to walk down the ramp with small children to enter hotel. - Restaurant at hotel (second floor) was to open for lunch at 12 but my family and several others waited at the door because it was locked and we couldn't enter the restaurant. We could see an employee in the back kitchen but they refused to come to the door and open for business. Left after 15 minutes of waiting."
"We stayed at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This was NOT a good experience. We were treated poorly by all of the staff. They do not do daily housekeeping. We had to go to the front desk three days in a row to ATTEMPT to get fresh towels. We didn’t get them for 3 days until I refused to leave the front desk without them. When asking a cleaning staff member for new trash bags, I was told she couldn’t give me any because it wasn’t her room to clean. There was mildew all over the side of the bedskirt and in the bathroom of our room. The smell of pot reeked through the halls and sometimes into our room. For the amount of money we paid to stay 7 days, we should NOT have experienced this. I will say the numerous pools were nice to have and easy access to the beach. Aside from that- Do not recommend!!!"
"The listing stated that exclusive parking was avalible to all guest and this was NOT the case. The property parking was under construction leaving us with no parking and forcing us to park on a public street with no security while we were traveling with Harley Davidson motorcycles valued over $40,000. Also, the listing falsely advertised a swimming pool that was also under construction leaving us with no swimming pool to swim in as we were looking forward to a nice swim. The management claims that neither one if these conditions were faults of theor own. When conditions are not what is to be excpeted and listed in the advertising, the management should pass on renting the property until all is up and running. Lastly, the toilet ran 24/7, the management also blamed this on us as well stating we should have called maintenance, yea right, at 4am after a full night then waffle house. Wouldn't you think the team would check the mechanics in the unit before renting the properrt??? NOT. They virtually put all blame on us, the paying customers, and stated all the problems were our fault. What a despicable joke on us, never again, beware of these thieves...."
