"This is our 4th yr here. Last year we was surprised with some great upgrades to the unit. Remodel living room, bedroom, floors Than we get here this year to a Great new kitchen everything new. Loving it,remodeled bathrooms, floors , new washer and dryer.We have the best time here. We will be back next yr."

"Pros: Good location with great beach access Cons: Unit not available to check in until 4:30. Unit had clearly not been cleaned...underwear on floor, socks on couch, soiled sheets, visible dirt on floors, dirt on kitchen countertop, hair in tub. Complained to rental agency but they explained the cleaning service is contracted. Unit would only cool down to 78 for first 2 days until we could let rental agency know when they opened on Monday. No outlets worked in master bath. Laundry room was filthy. Checkout was at 10:00 on Sat. but people showed up unidentified to clean at 9:30 wanting to come in the condo while we were still there. Horrible rental at Tradewinds B1."

"Terrible rental company!! Ocean pier 1 condo unit 212 was an adequate condo but air conditioning not working. First day repair man said he couldn't fix, came back later and installed new unit. It took them all afternoon but unit still not working at 100%. Would only cool to 77. Returned next day to tell us they would have to get approval from owners before completing any further work. Finally returned Wednesday to install another unit which again took all day but unit finally dropped temperature to 75 by the time we went to bed. Was looking forward to eating meals in condo instead of going out but way too hot. Beachcomber realty did not care anything about our discomfort or inconvience. Will never rent with them again!!!"

"My family has used Beachcomber vacation several times throughout the years. They have great customer service and their condos are clean. Many of my childhood vacations were spent in Myrtle Beach, now that I have a family of my own I can not wait to share this experience with my kids."
