"This unit exceeded all of our expectations. That is a rare occurrence. The house is absolutely gorgeous with the smallest touches attended to at the highest levels of elegance and charm. The pool and hot tub are spotlessly clean and amazing. The spa is not to be missed and the fitness center is efficient and complete. The management team made check in easy and seamless and are extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be coming back to this paradise."

"If you like cleaning your vacation spot after traveling all day, finding make up stains on your comforter, dust covering a ton of dressers, a box spring completely destroyed where the bed is 2 feet higher on one side, a USED contraceptive gently placed back inside the foil container laying beside the bed your child will sleep in, dust covering the fans in clumps, and mold around the air vent and shower insert then this is place for you… Otherwise spend your $7000 elsewhere. This “freshly updated paint” is a disaster. And I’ll be checking to see if it was built before 1978 because the chipping pain could be Lead Based and quite the hazard. Also…glad we brought our tools and trash bags seems we’re working on a dresser drawer this evening and throwing out others left behind food. This place is GROSS. The cleaners they hire are horrendous, however the maintenance man was very kind and brought me a new vacuum so I could effectively clean this place myself."

"My family rents a condo at North Beach Resort annually and it has drastically declined. We rented through iTrip this year and we are so disappointed. This will be our last year coming to North Beach Resort (previously North Beach Plantation). We rented unit #1115 in the Jasmine tower and the room was filthy and just generally unkept. We had to clean the room ourselves before we could settle in. The living room rug was disgusting so we decided to just roll it up. It was full of sand and trash. We cleaned hair out of the tub and drains. Cleaned grime out of the coffee pot and off the stove. None of the beds had mattress covers, which is just unsanitary so we purchased mattress covers ourselves. Purchased blankets to cover the stained chairs. The TV didn't work. Fan doesn't work. There was an odor that filled one of the rooms and smells like it is coming from another bathroom. Water stains on the ceiling and walls that need a serious cleaning. The washing machine soap dispenser was full of black mold and just dirty. With iTrip we only get 2 towels per person for a week stay. How can we wash the towels we have with a dirty washing machine. Itrips response to our concerns... You can leave (basically). We were told we have 3 hours to decide if we want to break our contract and only be charged for the 1 night we stayed. After those 3 hours they would no longer address our concerns. We are here from out of state! How are we possibly supposed to figure out where to move 6 people in 3 hours. And why is us leaving the only resolution? How about a new clean room? Or a discount? Or reimbursement for the money I spent at Walmart trying to make this place livable. *** Update. After sending someone up to confirm we weren't lying we were given a $196 refund for us having to clean our own room. The refund was sent with no explanation or apology. This is so disappointing. Never again. Terrible customer service. 0 stars would not recommend. Update 2: Yes the TV was replaced. Fan was not nor was the washer cleaned. We never declined the cleaning service come out..in fact the cleaning or maintenance supervisor did come out. However most of cleaning was done by us already. Yes we were given the OPTION to leave but we had 3 hours to decide with the caveat that if we decided to stay no other compensation would be given. We never asked to leave. This wasn't a situation of unreasonable guest that just can't be satisfied as this is not who we are. We would never want to hurt a business and wish things could have been different because we usually love it here. "Effective immediately, you have the option to end your stay with a refund for unused nights. This offer will remain in place for 3 hrs (2:30pm). This also serves as official notice that your stay will not be extended, nor will any other compensation be offered or paid if you choose to stay or upon check out.”"
